A Heartfelt Thank You: Receiving Cook County’s Highest Honor
I have some exciting news to share with you all!
Recently, I had the incredible privilege of receiving Cook County’s Highest Honor. Maria Pappas’s office presented this special award to recognize my lifelong commitment to community and humanitarian service.
To be honest, receiving this award left me feeling deeply grateful and humbled. Serving others, giving back, and helping build stronger communities have always been passions close to my heart. Doing this work is a reward in itself, but being recognized in this way means the world to me.
I also want to send a big thank you to my friends and colleagues at NAIFA-IL for their constant support and kind words.
This recognition is not just about me, it reflects all the wonderful people, partners, and community members who work alongside me every day to make a positive impact. Thank you to everyone who has supported this journey. I look forward to continuing our work together!
