Aamir Chalisa

Aamir Chalisa is a renowned author and speaker with over three decades of experience in the insurance and financial services industry. Currently serving as the General Manager of the Oak Brook, IL branch of Futurity First Insurance Group (FFIG), Aamir leads a team of fifty agents, steering the branch to a leading position in 2023. 

Throughout his career, Aamir has been a champion of diversity in corporate America, previously holding pivotal sales and management roles at Met Life, Prudential, and Nationwide. His work in these companies involved developing and managing diverse field forces and expanding business presence in the Chicago Land communities.

A dedicated community leader, Aamir is the sponsorship and events chair for OPEN Global and Chairman of OPEN Chicago, a Pakistani non-profit Entrepreneurial Business Organization. He is also the President of the Society of Arts and Culture, actively promoting music and arts.

As a frequent speaker at industry conferences, Aamir has shared his insights on marketing and diversity at prestigious events worldwide, including conferences in Mexico City, Manila, Bangkok, and Beirut. His commitment to global outreach and training is further exemplified by his volunteer work with GAMA Global.

In addition to his professional and community contributions, Aamir is the author of “Leadership Beyond Borders,” a book that delves into diversity and volunteerism across continents. He holds an undergraduate degree and an MBA in Finance/Marketing from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale.

Residing in Naperville, IL, with his wife Nuzhat, an Endocrinologist, and their two children, Farah and Amaan, Aamir enjoys traveling the world in his free time.
