Why This Role Matters
NAIFA Illinois has been a cornerstone for financial advisors and insurance professionals. Its mission to educate, advocate, and connect our industry is something I’ve admired for years.
As Grassroots Director, my role is clear: to bridge the gap between our industry and policymakers. By building strong relationships with legislators and community leaders, we can ensure that the voices of financial advisors are heard.
My Journey So Far
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside some of the best in the financial and insurance industries. As General Manager at Futurity First Insurance Group, I’ve guided advisors to grow their practices, expand their client bases, and achieve their goals.
This experience has taught me the importance of collaboration, mentorship, and a forward-thinking mindset. I’m excited to bring these lessons to my new role at NAIFA Illinois.
What’s Next?
In this position, my focus will be on building connections that matter. Together with the NAIFA IL Board, I’ll work to strengthen our advocacy efforts and support initiatives that benefit both advisors and their clients.
I also want to encourage financial professionals to get involved. Whether it’s through attending events, voicing concerns, or sharing ideas, your participation can make a huge difference.
